3/1/2018 · That’s the only place where you can change the difficulty . You can’t do it in game. Since you beat the last boss, you should now be able to go back and change it.
The Sea Watchtower and SBC Flügel Stern can be accessed in Extreme. You can fast travel in while in normal mode if its too tough, but you need expert mode to first enter them. As Arkia said the shops go.

you just need to end the 3 quests on extreme but you dont need to be in extreme mode the whole time. just quick travel home , log out and change the difficulty to extreme before each boss if you want to rush it. Saw this post in another thread. You don’t have to do the entire NG+ in.
8/20/2018 · Just finished the true ending, and was expecting to be able to choose a new game+ but accidentally clicked passed when the final cutscene and credits had played….more due to trying to get out of the credits screen. So does that mean that some silly dev set things up so I have to redo it the last couple of missions all over AGAIN just to be able to choose new game+ or did they hide that menu …
