Ventrue are annoying in that respect – you can get away with only Dominate in most places but in the other occasions, you do need Persuasion/Seduction (let’s face it, you need Persuasion). So does the exact level of your dominate powers matter in this? I have 4 out of the 5 Dominate powers. Or do things like your persuasion skill also come into play?
